Amsterdam. Day 2. 11 June 2010

Really bad weather in Amsterdam makes exploring of the city pretty difficult, but we are trying not to give up. After the long hours walking under the rain, it feels nice hiding from it in dry and warm museums or pubs. Specially the last ones offer lots of fun showing the world cup on the big screens :)

Almost all of the main touristic attractions in Amsterdam are under construction. Irritating. National Museum is on the background.

Luxurious editions of Vespas with python and crocodile skin seats

Just some Vespas

A floating cat shelter on the channel. Probably the most photographed in the world.

The narrowest house in Holland. Only 100 cm wide.

Fixing the boat house.

A "smart" solution by R. Cooling his beer in a supermarket's fridge.

Buddhist temple in Amsterdam.

The city is colored orange. On our way to watch another football match.

Difficult to choose. The red light district by night. I've managed to take a picture of it without being attacked by the prostitutes.
